Fees
To reserve a property, one month's rent is required as a security deposit. This is held in a specific client deposit account and, after your tenancy, is returnable less any costs incurred to return the property to a satisfactory condition.
On your day of entry to the property, one month's rent up front is required and is thereafter payable on the same date of the month each month until your tenancy ceases.
All rents charged are exclusive of council tax and water charges, electricity and gas, telephone and any other utility bills unless otherwise agreed.
Ending your tenancy
Tenants should inform KMN of their notice to quit, providing at least one month's notice in writing.
Tenants must leave the property in the condition it was in at the start of the occupancy.
Tenants must inform electricity, gas & telephone suppliers that they are leaving and arrange for mail to be re-directed from the post office. KMN will inform the council of tenants' notice to quit.

Fees
To reserve a property, a 25% holding deposit is required (minimum deposit £50) to be deducted from the balance payment, which is due one month in advance of your stay (or on arrival if it is a short notice booking).
N.B. A separate security deposit is required, payable on arrival, to cover minor mishaps/breakages. This is returnable after the holiday less any appropriate charges.
Unless otherwise stated, all rents quoted for holiday lets, short lets and festival lets, are inclusive of utility bills.
Tenants must leave the property in the condition it was in at the start of the occupancy.
Pets are not allowed in any rented properties unless previously agreed in writing with KMN Property Management.
