Extra costs added to the Tenant Introduction Only package are: Advertising & Marketing "To Let" sign, payable when the property is let out i.e. not payable if property is not let Property viewing charges Prices Vary £25 £30 per hour (N.B. additional charge - an extra mileage charge of £0.40 per mile will be added for visits to properties outside the Edinburgh city bypass)

N.B - Once contracts are signed, it is then the landlord's responsibility to deal with any issues that arise during tenancy
