KMN Property Management is a young, fresh and dynamic property management and residential letting business offering a rare one-to-one personalised service to clients.
KMN Property Management was set up in 2005 by Kate Teague who, with a Postgraduate MA in Advertising and Marketing, spent a few years working in PR and Marketing whilst building her own property portfolio and successfully investing, managing and letting her own properties.
After gaining considerable experience of the market, Kate was approached by landlords and property investors who were not receiving an efficient and personalised service and were becoming dissatisfied.
As a result, Kate recognised a niche in the market for a personal property management service to match and satisfy the needs of individual clients, and in 2005 set up KMN Property Management.
